Meet Louisa M. Ritsick, Founder of Ritsick Law

Since I started practicing law in Colorado in 2000, I have focused my practice on estate and tax planning and probate and trust administration. I am committed to furnishing individuals and families with a wide range of estate, charitable, and transfer tax planning advice to achieve their legacy goals.

Practicing Trust and Estate Law in Colorado since 2000

Whether developing an estate plan for a couple with young children or assisting a client recently diagnosed with a terminal illness, I offer each client the information necessary to make educated decisions and work with the client to draft estate planning documents tailored to the clients particular situation.

I also advise individual and professional fiduciaries regarding the legal, tax, and ethical issues arising in the context of estate and trust administration. The emotions experienced after the death of a family member or friend can make handling fiduciary responsibilities challenging. I help my fiduciary clients navigate the legal system as well the potentially conflicting interests of the various interested parties and tough family dynamics.
